First & Best successfully executed the full refurbishment works covering about 2,650 m'2, over a 4 month period which was quite challenging

First & Best constructions was engaged in as the main contractor in construction of my three-storey villa with adjacent facilities in Saar.The villa area in total was about 730 square meter.

The work involved was sub-structure foundations, civil, interior works, electrical, air conditioning works, plumbing and drainage, gypsum work and a swimming pool. The project was completed and commissioned as per agreed project programmed of 12 months
